3. Getting to know each other/insight into the role
If your profile is a good fit, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview – either on-site with an insight into the role or online. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss responsibilities, expectations and prospects.

4. Job offer
Following a successful discussion, you will receive a personalised offer setting out all the key terms and conditions.

5. Second interview
Depending on the role, you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with your future working environment or to clarify any outstanding questions during a second interview.

6. Starting with us
Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll guide you through a structured onboarding process to help you settle into the team and get to grips with your role quickly.
